Lode ("the App") is made by Playup.ai. By using the App, you agree to these terms. They're short and straightforward.
Lode lets you export your Apple Health data as files you can share with AI assistants and other services. Your health data is a lode of insights — we help you unlock them.
The App reads your health data locally on your device, creates an export file, and lets you choose what to do with it.
This is an important one. Lode is a data export tool, not a medical product.
The App does not analyze, interpret, or provide any guidance about your health data. Nothing in the App should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you share your exported data with an AI assistant and it gives you health-related suggestions, that's between you and that service. Please always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Once you export and share your health data, it's governed by the privacy policies of whatever app or service you share it with. We have no control over how third parties handle your data after you share it.
You're responsible for choosing who you share your health data with and understanding how they'll use it.
Please use the App as intended — to export your own health data for your own purposes.
We work hard to make Lode reliable and accurate, but the App is provided "as is." We can't guarantee that exports will always be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Apple may change how HealthKit works, which could affect the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of exported data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playup.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
This includes any decisions you make based on exported data or any AI-generated analysis of that data.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App at any time. We'll do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we don't guarantee ongoing availability.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
